Perex: The Kibbe body type test will give insight into your bone structure and physique. Learn more about it here so that you can dress perfectly.
The Kibbe body type test measures every aspect of your body, such as your head size, length of your arms and legs, head-to-shoulder decline, and many more features integral to your body. Based on whether your Yang or Yin is dominant, you can categorize your physique as Kibbe dramatics, classics, naturals, gamines, and romantic.
How does the Kibbe body type test work?
The Kibbe assessment consists of three parts: part 1 will ask questions about your body structure, part 2 will be about your body flesh, and part 3 will be about your facial features.
How exactly is this test performed?
The steps to take the test are as follows:
- Take a picture of yourself in a swimsuit or wearing undergarments.
- The best way to take a picture would be to set a timer on your phone and take a full-length picture.
- Check the picture carefully and then answer the questions in the test.
How does it work?
It works by accounting for each aspect of your body. Each reading is taken in the following way:
- Bone structure: This is taken irrespective of your weight. This is the vertical line, and here, you must calculate your height and the length of your arms, legs, and shoulders. If your head is smaller than your body, you will appear taller, and vice versa.
- Body flesh: This look includes your muscles, flesh, and skin. Take a picture to get an overall look at your body. Even if you are thin, you can have heavier cheeks, while heavier individuals can have thin faces. Check if your figure is hourglass, thin, curvy, or muscular.
- Facial features: Here, you must account for all aspects of your facial structure, such as jawline, shape and size of your nose, and shape of your cheekbones.
Select options A, B, C, or D for each question under the sections.
How is it evaluated, and what is the result?
The evaluation is based on your answers. For example, if your vertical line is long, your answer is A. If your hips are narrower than your shoulders or are the same size, then you are broad, tending towards muscularity, and your option under body flesh will be B.
As you progress with the test, you must answer specific questions under each section, such as shape and width of shoulders, fullness of bust, natural waist, hip-width fullness, and more details. Record the readings as follows:
- Bone Structure: 1A 2C
- Body Flesh: 5E 2D
- Facial Features: 5E 2D
In this reading, E and D feature more often, which means the person is Yin dominant, and the sub-category will be soft and dramatic.
Conclusion
The Kibbe body type will give you a better sense of fashion, and you can choose the perfect dress according to your physique.
